1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging Avenstead Systems, you agree to these terms. This page is maintained by Avenstead Systems for general information and is not legal advice.

2. Services

Avenstead provides managed growth systems covering lead capture, response, booking, pipeline management, automated follow-up, reviews, and customer reactivation. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Scope limitations

Avenstead provides communication, booking, workflow, lead-management, and customer follow-up systems only. Avenstead does not provide clinical, medical, dental, chiropractic, healthcare, legal, immigration, financial, or regulatory advice, and does not replace clinical, resident-care, financial, or field-service platforms without a separate assessment.

Paid advertising management and full-service lead generation are not included in the standard package.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Avenstead improves how inquiries are captured, responded to, followed up, and managed. Avenstead does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, bookings, treatments, residents, customers, applications, admissions, approvals, or conversion outcomes. Results depend on lead volume, reputation, pricing, staff performance, market demand, service quality, and the client's own sales process.

5. Client responsibilities

• Providing timely access, information, content, and approvals required for implementation.
• Ensuring all communication sent through the system is accurate, appropriate, and consent-based.
• Obtaining appropriate legal, privacy, regulatory, and professional guidance for its own obligations.
• Maintaining the accuracy and lawful use of customer records imported into the system.

6. Fees and commercial terms

Pricing is quoted in USD and may vary based on scope, complexity, and business requirements.

• One-time implementation fee of $2,000 USD.
• Ongoing management fee of $497 USD per month.
• Initial 90-day commitment, month-to-month afterward, with 30-day cancellation notice.
• Automatic recurring payment; third-party usage charges billed separately where applicable.

7. Launch assurance

Once all required access, information, content, and approvals are provided, Avenstead will launch the agreed core system within 14 business days, or waive the management fee until it is live.

8. Third-party services

Engagements rely on third-party technology providers for telephony, messaging, email, scheduling, hosting, and related capabilities. Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside Avenstead's control, and related usage may be billed separately.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, brand assets, and Avenstead methodology remain the property of Avenstead Systems. Client data and client-provided content remain the property of the client.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avenstead's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim. Avenstead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
